For dates use ISO 8601.

After login several cookies are stored:

- dbwiki_mul_UserName
- dbwiki_mul_UserID - removed on log out
- dbwiki_mul_Token - removed on log out
On log out
- dbwiki_mul_LoggedOut is added with value ISO time and exp time ca. 24h
