A tango.info identifier is a string that corresponds to one tango.info object. Each object can have several identifiers.
The string fits the regex [._- /:A-Za-z0-9]*
Currently the ":" is used only in the ISO 8601 time identifier.
Currently the "/" is used only in the disc ID.
