When a permanent URL ceases to present the type of page defined, it is said to be broken.
Often when a TINT URL is broken, the same TINT's track reference in the tagger is broken e.g. https://tango.info/tools/tagger1.3.3.php?track_references=02480003031627-1-19 . Often this can be workedaround by switching to tagger V1.3.5 e.g. https://tango.info/tools/tagger1.3.3.php?track_references=02480003031627-1-19 .
