A set list that is in web page form can be published to Blogger as follows:

1 Open the web page form of the list in a browser e.g. Google Chrome on Windows [1]

2 View the source e.g. in Chrome, press CTRL+U [2]

3 Copy the whole text to the clipboard e.g. in Chrome, press CTRL+A then CTRL+C [3]

4 In Blogger, click New Post

5 Click HTML [4]

6 Paste e.g. in Chrome, press CTRL+V [5]

7 Click Update
