TINC stands for Code Agreement TINL.

A TINP code agreement is an agreement between tango.info and an authorised party allowing that party to assign TINLs.

A TINP assigned under such an agreement is called a TINC.

TINCs are of the form:

where

jklm are unique and are chosen by tango.info and the code agreeement third party
n is the TINP checkdigit

j was chosen by tango.info and kl and sometimes m can be chosen by the third party
