TINC
TINC stands for Code Agreement TINL.
Overview
A TINP code agreement is an agreement between tango.info and an authorised party allowing that party to assign TINLs.
A TINP assigned under such an agreement is called a TINC.
Ranges
TINCs are of the form:

where
- jklm are unique and are chosen by tango.info and the code agreeement third party
- n is the TINP checkdigit
