A tango.info performance id identifies a tango.info performance.
It is a kind of tango.info event id. Event ids have the form
- [0-9]{4}[a-z]{6}
where the alpha part currently is tango.info base20.
For the most relevant performances a subrange can be used, 160 000 performances could be encoded into [a-z]{4} with tango.info base20.
This would allow for a short tango.info tanda id, e.g. http://www.tango.info/ghzt-jkmn-pgrh-ftzv
Since there is no official register of performances, one reference track is used to identify a performance.
