Me:I went to https://associates.amazon.ca/ - log in failed. Then I was redirected to https://www.amazon.ca/ap/widget , there I clicked "Forgotten your password?" ending at https://www.amazon.ca/ap/forgotpassword , this failed too. There it says "Customer Services" - albeit only for "Has your e-mail address changed?". So OK, it was my mistake. But then, Amazon.ca tricked me to go to https://www.amazon.ca/ap/forgotpassword - dead end. So it seems "Customer Services" is not meant for me. So I am stuck at https://www.amazon.ca/ap/forgotpassword Very bad user experience.

Me:I hope you also pass the issue with failing https://www.amazon.ca/ap/forgotpassword to the webmasters.
