Ladies Technique - Level I - 4 x 1.5 hours October Intensive

This class is a chance to work in a small group on your details of tango! As well as exercises for walking, ochos and giros we will be combining techniques and exercises from other disciplines to gain better flexibility, sensitivity co-ordination and strength. There will be some devoted time to our footwork: better alignment of the feet for balance, elegance and adornments and how to best achieve stability and elegance in high shoes. Classes are limited to 8 participants to ensure a high level of individual attention and no partner required. This class will be taught in English and German.
