Thema: Tango de Salon - soziales Tanzen in enger Umarmung
13.00-15.00 Uhr Seminar 1 "Tango de Salon - Einführung" (ab Mittelstufe): Wir erarbeiten uns die Tangotechnik für entspanntes Tanzen im Tango Salon: Für ein besseres Körperbewusstsein, bewusste Bewegungen, die ihre Kraft aus dem Boden gewinnen, Stabilität und Sicherheit in der eigenen Achse. „Nähe und Distanz“ in der Umarmung. Harmonisch tanzen durch einen guten Kontakt in der Umarmung. Wechsel von geschlossener zu offener Umarmung.
15.30-17.30 Uhr Seminar 2 "Tango de Salon - Aufbaukurs" (Mittelstufe + Fortgeschrittene):
Musikalität und Improvisation in Drehungen, Richtungswechsel und rhythmische Variationen. „Nähe und Distanz“ in der Umarmung. Harmonisch tanzen durch einen guten Kontakt in der Umarmung. Wechsel von geschlossener zu offener Umarmung.
