Tango.info user account creation

To create a tango.info user account:

  1. read the tango.info user name restrictions
  2. create the account via Special:UserLogin/signup respecting the user name restrictions

The ability to edit in the wiki, requires account confirmation. The wiki sends a link to the given email address. This email contains a confirmation link.
