CASTIN stands for Code Agreement Special TIN.

Overview

A special TIN code agreement is an agreement between tango.info and an authorised party allowing that party to assign Special TINs.

A TIN assigned under such an agreement is called a Code Agreement Special TIN or CASTIN.

Ranges

CASTINs are of the form:

024800029jkm2n

where

  • jkm are unique and are chosen by tango.info and the code agreeement third party
  • n is the TIN checkdigit

Current code agreements

For these agreements, j was chosen by tango.info and km can be chosen by the third party
