Maik Hester

I am a composer and have now been a tango musician for over a decade. I play regularly in a duet with accordion and flute (Tanguango). Our third Cd "Mi Dolor" is in preparation. It will be published in August 2010. Moreover I founded the After Piazzolla Project with contemporary tango being written especially for my Ensemble tangoAPX. Most Recently I gave a concert as a bandoneonist with my newly founded After Piazzolla Quintet (bandoneon and string quartet).
