Each event is defined by "WHEN WHERE WHAT", only use numbers, spaces, latin letters and ":" and "-" and "." Not use: "/&$%§,;äöüéêß etc. Examples:

WHEN

• date in the international format, year-month-day, YYYY-MM-DD, e.g.
  • 2007-07-09 (Nueve de Julio 2007)
  • 2008-12-24 (Christmas Eve)
• date ranges, e.g. for festivals, should be written with -- e.g.
  • 2007-06-11--14
  • 2007-08-28--09-01 (crossing month border)
  • 2008-12-28--2009-01-02 (crossing year border)

WHERE

• two letter country code (AR, DE, GB, FR, US ....)
• better: five letter city code (see UN/LOCODE) e.g. (ARBUE (Buenos Aries), DEBER (Berlin), DEFRA (Frankfurt), GBLON (London), FRPAR (Paris), FRLIO (Lyon), USCHI, USNYC, USLAX, )
• even better: locations that have a location code (venue code) can use that, e.g. DEBER-RX Ballhaus Rixdorf, DEBER-MJ Mala Junta Berlin, DEBER-BP Bebop Berlin

WHAT

• some keyword and/or description. Keywords are: workshop, festival, milonga, practica, outdoor, start.
