To announce an event you must be logged in.
Each event is defined by "WHEN WHERE WHAT", do not use "/" or "&" or äöüéê or "$%§ etc. Examples:

WHEN
- date in the international format, year-month-day, YYYY-MM-DD, e.g.
- 2007-07-09 (Nueve de Julio 2007)
- 2008-12-24 (Christmas Eve)
- date ranges, e.g. for festivals, should be written with -- e.g.
- 2007-06-11--14
- 2007-08-28--09-01 (crossing month border)
- 2008-12-28--2009-01-02 (crossing year border)
WHERE
- two letter country code (AR, DE, GB, FR, US ....)
- better: five letter city code (see UN/LOCODE) e.g. (ARBUE (Buenos Aries), DEBER (Berlin), DEFRA (Frankfurt), GBLON (London), FRPAR (Paris), FRLIO (Lyon), USCHI, USNYC, USLAX, )
- even better: locations that have a location code (venue code) can use that, e.g. DEBER-RX Ballhaus Rixdorf, DEBER-MJ Mala Junta Berlin, DEBER-BP Bebop Berlin
WHAT
- some keyword and/or description. Keywords are: workshop, festival, milonga, practica, outdoor, start.
