Colgadas & Volcadas: Spielereien in und außerhalb der eigenen Achse

Dieser Workshop wird Sie in das Konzept einführen, außerhalb der eigenen Achse zu tanzen - d. h. entweder vor oder hinter dem Punkt, in dem sich der Körper normalerweise im Gleichgewicht befindet. Dabei werden wir am Vertrauen innerhalb des Tanzpaares arbeiten und an Techniken, die klare, sichere Positionen außerhalb der eigenen Achse ermöglichen; ebenso an Gewichtsverlagerungen, die Ihrem Tanz eine fließende Dynamik verleihen.

Colgadas & Volcadas: Playing in and out of Axis

This workshop will introduce you the concept of being 'out of axis' (ie either in front or behind the point where you would normally be on balance). We will work on confidence within the dance couple, techniques to get clear out of axis positions and using the weight to create interesting and flowing dynamics in your dance!
