Tango Sun Festival

The 1st International Tango Festival in Latvia will take place in Jurmala (near Riga) from 31 July until 3rd August

The programme:
30 workshops on Tango (classic and nuevo), Milonga and Vals Cruzado: Master classes with world-famous teachers Alejandra Hobert & Adrian Veredice from Argentina, Intermediate and advanced classes with llona & Salvador Rios and Laura Priori & Andreas von Maxen from Germany; Beginners’ and intermediate classes with Ginta Opmane & Aigars Stirna from Latvia.

Four Milongas:
Live-music with “Tango Duo” (Argentina) and “Muzet Royal” (Germany), Tango shows by Alejandra Hobert & Adrian Veredice, llona & Salvador Rios, Laura Priori & Andreas von Maxen, Ginta Opmane & Aigars Stirna, DJ Andreas Binninger and DJ Carsten (Heveling) from Germany

Location of the Festival:
“Baltic Beach Hotel” near the beach and “Majori House of Culture” in the centre of Jurmala, the “summer capital” of Latvia.
