Tango.info credits

Thanks a lot to Hauke Juranek for programming the 'hmap' - the map used on global.tango.info and other tango.info-sites. He also helped in long nightly phone calls to get mysql run and provided insight into use of unix commands. He also programmed tango.info tickets.
