To be used for the name of a tango.info event that is of type "festival".

festival names do not contain a year.
The ordinal indicator is the ".". Before 2009 "°" was in use.

Proposals

changing to the official title. One benefit is success on a search for official title e.g. https://tango.info/festivals/?q=Portland+TangoFest+XVI
