As of 2010-04-25 they are not listed anymore on the BATC page for that album. No other source for these three tracks than the old BATC catalogue is known. So it seems they do not exist and it was a pure error in the catalogue.

As of 2010-04-25 they are not listed anymore on the BATC page for that album. No other source for these three tracks than the old BATC catalogue is known.
