WHERE: Next follows a geographic specification. Two letter country code (AR, DE, GB, FR, US ....) or more precise the UN/LOCODE for cities (ARBUE (Buenos Aries), DEBER (Berlin), DEFRA (Frankfurt), GBLON (London), FRPAR (Paris), FRLIO (Lyon), USCHI, USNYC, USLAX, )
