This page intends to give an overview about musical works

  • of which the creators died 70 or more years before the end of that past year and
  • for which the applicable copyright term is 70 years.

According to Argentine ley 11723 text and music can be considered as separate works.

Year of death

Determination of the year of death can be done by asking a rights holding organisation (SADAIC, GEMA,...) use the website look-up, e.g. AGADU offers this.
